This cute labret has a dagger design with clear, sparkly gems in the handle. Internally threaded. It is available in either 316L Surgical Steel or PVD Gold Steel, so suitable for healed piercings only. These labrets are available with a 1.2mm wire and in lengths of 6mm and 8mm.
